PA Ashley Barnes
PA Barnes graduated with her bachelors from Texas Tech University. She then earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from UTHSCSA in 2012. Ashley is board certified by the national commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. She is a member of the Texas and American Academies of Physician Assistants. Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and being outdoors enjoying God's beautiful country while hiking, camping or working on the family ranch in Bracketville.
Dr. Scott and Dr. Amy and their family are active members of Gracepoint church, and strive to blend gifts of grace and purpose that come from a deep relationship with Christ into their practice.

Dr. Amy Thomas
“Dr. Amy” attended Texas A&M for her bachelor’s degree. She then completed her medical training at UT Health Science Center San Antonio, where she was the recipient of the UTHSCSA Pestana Academic Achievement award, the Primomo Family Physician Award and a member of Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She attended Christus Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program in San Antonio and is board certified in Family Medicine by the ABFM. She is the wife of Dr. Scott and mom of 3 daughters. She enjoys golf, cooking and family time.
Dr. Scott Thomas
“Dr. Scott” completed his undergraduate at Texas A&M. He attended UT Health Science Center San Antonio for his medical training and continued on to Christus Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program in San Antonio. Dr. Scott is board certified in Family Medicine by the ABFM and is a member of American Association of Family Physicians. He is also a member of Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and Christian Medical and Dental Association. He is married to Dr. Amy Thomas and has 3 daughters. Dr. Scott enjoys reading, cooking, golf and watching Texas A&M sports.
